- chop onions and capsicum
- start frying pan with olive oil on high hob and heat for 2 minutes
- add onions and cook until slight colour change and softening
- add capsicum and cook for 5 minutes until a softer but still a bit crunchy
- [optional] add chicken and cook for 2 minutes

- 1 spoon salt
- 1/2 spoon pepper
- 1 spoon kumte masala
- mixed herbs (oregano, basil, etc.)
