Capsicum Onion Masala

  1. chop onions and capsicum
  2. start frying pan with olive oil on high hob and heat for 2 minutes
  3. add onions and cook until slight colour change and softening
  4. add capsicum and cook for 5 minutes until a softer but still a bit crunchy
  5. [optional] add chicken and cook for 2 minutes
  6. add
    • 1 spoon salt
    • 1/2 spoon pepper
    • 1 spoon kumte masala
    • mixed herbs (oregano, basil, etc.)
  7. mix and done
