Capsicum Onion Masala

In Ammas Inventions.

chop onions and capsicum
start frying pan with olive oil on high hob and heat for 2 minutes
add onions and cook until slight colour change and softening
add capsicum and cook for 5 minutes until a softer but still a bit crunchy
[optional] add chicken and cook for 2 minutes
add
- 1 spoon salt
- 1/2 spoon pepper
- 1 spoon kumte masala
- mixed herbs (oregano, basil, etc.)
mix and done
