- grate 1/2 cucumber in a bowl
- add
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- ~1 cup big rawa (coarse semolina)
- ~1/2 cup small rawa (fine semolina)
- salt to taste
- 2 spoons sugar
- add ~1 cup water
- mix
- heat the frying pan with high heat
- spread oil lightly
- spread three ladles of the mixture
- cover and fry for a few minutes on each side
