Ghee Rice

  1. finely chop 2 onions
  2. in a wok add oil/ghee
  3. add
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 4 cloves
    • 3 cardamom
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 2 green chillies
    • 5-6 garlic cloves (smashed or chopped)
  4. fry for a few minutes
  5. add onions and fry until light golden
  6. add few chopped mint leaves, fry for a few minutes
  7. add
    • 2 cups washed rice
    • 4 cups water
    • 2 spoons salt
    • 2 spoons ghee
  8. pour into rice cooker and cook
