- in a large bowl add
- 2 cups plain flour (maida aka wheat flour)
- 1 cup coarse semolina (rawa)
- salt to taste
- at least ~4 cups water until no lumps in the dough and runny
- coriander leaves
- curry leaves
- small piece ginger, ~0.25 inch thinly sliced
- [optional] 1-2 green chillis
- follow the same frying instructions as for Pan Polo.
