Tandoori Chicken

  1. in marination bowl, add
  2. 2 pieces chicken breast
  3. 1/2 spoon chilli powder
  4. 1/4 spoon haldi (turmeric powder)
  5. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  6. 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tablespoon yoghurt
  8. 1/2 spoon salt
  9. 1/2 spoon green chilli paste/sauce
  10. [optional] 1/2 spoon soy sauce
  11. 2 spoon olive oil
  12. mix, cover with cling film, put in fridge and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes, ideally 1 hour
  13. heat grill pan with oil
  14. fry chicken
