- in marination bowl, add
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 1/2 spoon chilli powder
- 1/4 spoon haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1/4 spoon garam masala
- 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon yoghurt
- 1/2 spoon salt
- 1/2 spoon green chilli paste/sauce
- [optional] 1/2 spoon soy sauce
- 2 spoon olive oil
- mix, cover with cling film, put in fridge and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes, ideally 1 hour
- heat grill pan with oil
- fry chicken
